Troop 1345 is prepared. For Life.
Since 1910, scouting has helped youth develop self-confidence, leadership skills, outdoor ethics, and citizenship skills, so they are prepared, for life. We offer both Boys and Girls Scouts BSA Troops and a co-ed Scouts BSA Venture Crew. Contact us to find out more of what we offer for youth in Burke.

Thank you to everyone who ordered mulch this year. Deliveries will occur March 23-25.

About Scouts BSA
Scouts BSA is the traditional Scouting experience for youth in the 5th grade through high school. Service, community engagement, and leadership development become increasingly important parts of the program as youth lead their own activities and work their way toward earning Scouting’s highest rank, Eagle Scout.
Who We Are
Troop 1345 is a traditional Scouting troop. We operate according to the BSA established Aims and Methods of Scouting. With over 40 years of Scouting history behind us, we are committed to making a difference in the Burke community.
What We Do

Community Service
Through events like Scouting for Food, raising the flags, trail cleanups, and more.

Be Leaders
From Patrol Leadership to National Youth Leadership Training, there are many opportunities to lead in our youth-led troops.

Enjoy Outdoor Adventures
In the outdoors, scouts have opportunities to acquire skills that make them more self-reliant. They can explore canoeing and hiking trails, horseback riding, climbing, and so much more.

Work Together
Teamwork is at the core of our program. Succeed together and belong to a team where no one gets cut.

Try New Things
With over 135 merit badge options, scouts have the opportunity for a hands-on learning experience to explore their individual interests.

Experience Personal Growth
Scouting instills in youth the values found in the Scout Oath and Scout Law. It helps youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, and citizenship skills.
